Well It is difficult to know where to start this review as we and our friends had so many problems it started when we arrived, checked in and took the long haul to our rooms, we were OK but our friends had someone already in the room luckily nothing embarassing so we phoned reception from our room to inform them... We stayed at this place on August Bank Holiday, it was bought for us as a Christmas present from one of our suppliers and this was the chance for us to use the 2 night stay voucher that was bought for us. On arrival the hotel looked pretty impressive, good looking with a smart reception, We went to the check... More

Had to pull bed out to find children's toy, and found condom packets, apart from that the room was nice. Breakfast was like feeding time at a zoo, it was mayhem food wasn't topped up enough, clearly couldn't cope with the demand, breakfast areas dirty. There is a children's games room, one Wii and a few board games with pieces... More

Stayed here for one night and will definitely be back. The staff on arrival are very welcoming and the room I was given was very spacious and clean and did have free wifi which I had no problems connecting to. The hotel was very busy with most of the large number of function rooms being used. This however did not... More

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husband, cannot believe how disappointed we are. Paid £133 the night for a stained bed, furniture in a disgusting state, dirty bathroom and wall paper hanging off the walls . Definitely the worst hotel we have EVER stayed in. Have taken photographs and am sending them with a letter to the... More

Been a few times now the last time was about 5 years ago and we still found it to be brilliant and very good value for money, staff were great and I would recommend a meal in the bar. Stayed in an executive room with 2 beds which was very clean, tidy and spacious.

Lovely hotel. Couldn't be happier with the cleanliness of the hotel or service of the staff. The food in the restaurant was lovely and again the service here was perfect. Our room was clean, tidy and everything you would expect from a 4 star establishment. However..... There are one or two points which we found really disappointing. First of all... More
