We have a lovely time while staying at Burnbank. The blue room is lovely and spacious and just as we had hoped with nice views onto the garden and surrounding woodland. We got a nice welcome and appreciated the help we got storing our bikes overnight. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of options to choose from. Thankyou to... More

Very welcoming and warm B&B, we were upgraded from The Red Room to The Blue Room (no idea why, but it was a bigger and more expensive room so it was a treat!), and it was huge, comfortable and warm. Big bed, en suite, immaculately clean and a sofa too - gorgeous view of the garden and the mountains in... More

We have often stayed at Burnbank with our two daughters. The welcome has always been warm and genuine and we have never had cause to complain about anything. The breakfasts are excellent, sourced with local ingredients. The eggs come from the chickens that are running about in the hen run, so are amazingly fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this B&B... We booked our reservation on line and you are never sure what you might be getting. We were very pleased with the room. It was very warm and cozy with the best homemade shortbread cookies I had on the entire trip! We were very lucky to meet Ann and Trevor's very sweet dog, Juno and their even sweeter grand daughter... We had been all through Scotland and this was our last stop for two nights in hopes of being able to get transportation into Edinburgh without having to drive ourselves. Anne greeted us and told us there was a bus system that regularly traveled into Edinburgh...music to our ears! The next morning Trevor gave us a print out of the... More

Trevor and Ann looked after me really well and made me feel very welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with home-made bread, fresh fruit and real coffee every day. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Kinross.

I don't generally write reviews but me and my husband thought that this place deserved another great review. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was second to none. Thank you to Ann and Trevor for your hospitality.

This was probably one of the best B&b we have ever stayed in. My husband and I have been staying in these type of accommodations for way over 25 years, and this ranks up on the top. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast is world class. Make arrangements with them for dinner ahead as they are accomplished... More

Thanks for the great review. Some changes here since your visit. We now have a separate dining room and are having a wood burning stove fitted in the guest lounge. Hope you will come and see us again sometime. More

We had three nights in the Burnbank B&B. Our room was extremely spacious and the queen size bed very comfortable. It had tea and coffee making facilities which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi, Thank you for your favourable review. I believe you took advantage of our three night special offer. We have been busy upgrading the room you stayed in and creating a separate dining room. Next week we are having a wood burning stove fitted, so it will be even cosier next year. More

Stayed a little while ago (and kept meaning to write review). We stayed during the New Years celebrations 2013, and had a wonderful stay (despite the weather!). Our hosts could not done more to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent - we still speak about it now many months later and the private dining experience on the first... More

We look forward to welcoming you back. There have been quite a few changes here. We now have a separate dining room and are installing a wood burning stove in the guest sitting room, perfect for Scottish winter evenings. More
