Three of us stayed here for the Open at St Andrews, and we could not have chosen a better base. This family run B&B was perfect in every way. A warm welcome from Ann and Trevor greeted us and our accomodation was comfortable, clean, with all the homely touches including home made short bread biscuits with our tea and coffee.... More

Lovely place, kind hostess, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast lovely and plentiful. Room very nice, bed comfortable and the shortbread left each day along with the tea and coffee was yummy. Felt at home and we were welcomed like part of the family. We would defiantly return if we were to visit that area again.

Easy to find, very warm welcome, good sized red room, good shower, clean fresh towels, no noise, window open all night, good woodland walk to Loch Leven very nearby, great breakfast. Happy to go back.

We have a lovely time while staying at Burnbank. The blue room is lovely and spacious and just as we had hoped with nice views onto the garden and surrounding woodland. We got a nice welcome and appreciated the help we got storing our bikes overnight. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of options to choose from. Thankyou to... More

Very welcoming and warm B&B, we were upgraded from The Red Room to The Blue Room (no idea why, but it was a bigger and more expensive room so it was a treat!), and it was huge, comfortable and warm. Big bed, en suite, immaculately clean and a sofa too - gorgeous view of the garden and the mountains in... More

We have often stayed at Burnbank with our two daughters. The welcome has always been warm and genuine and we have never had cause to complain about anything. The breakfasts are excellent, sourced with local ingredients. The eggs come from the chickens that are running about in the hen run, so are amazingly fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this B&B... We booked our reservation on line and you are never sure what you might be getting. We were very pleased with the room. It was very warm and cozy with the best homemade shortbread cookies I had on the entire trip! We were very lucky to meet Ann and Trevor's very sweet dog, Juno and their even sweeter grand daughter... We had been all through Scotland and this was our last stop for two nights in hopes of being able to get transportation into Edinburgh without having to drive ourselves. Anne greeted us and told us there was a bus system that regularly traveled into Edinburgh...music to our ears! The next morning Trevor gave us a print out of the... More

Trevor and Ann looked after me really well and made me feel very welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with home-made bread, fresh fruit and real coffee every day. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Kinross.

I don't generally write reviews but me and my husband thought that this place deserved another great review. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was second to none. Thank you to Ann and Trevor for your hospitality.

Thanks for the great review. It was lovely to meet you both (and the rest of the family). Hope to see you again sometime. PS Juno sends her love! More
