We really loved the Kirklands, it was small and friendly but at the same time very professional - a difficult balance to achieve! The Staff were excellent, always there if you needed them. My wife and I have stayed there several times over the past year and never once been disappointed. The staff are excellent - professional, helpful and friendly. A large group of us stayed in the Kirklands Hotel in July, when we attended a friends wedding in the area. From the minute we got there, when someone came out to the car to greet us and help with our luggage, the service was outstanding. We had dinner in the hotel in the evening and it was lovely. We've just returned from a 4 night stay at the Kirklands Hotel and would certainly have no hesitation in suggesting it as a good place to stay in the area. The hotel has only recently re-opened following refurbishment and is bright and fresh throughout. The management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was above our expectations.... more
