Loch Leven House Bed&Breakfast is a lovely, quiet, spacious, well-maintained and beautiful place! Fiona is a wonderfully welcoming host and sometimes we still dream of the great breakfast ...thumbs up!

We enjoyed a brilliant one night stay here. Host really welcoming and Eric is beautiful. She says he gets more mentions in the visitors book than she does! Eric is a flat coated male retriever! Accomodation superb. Breakfast was yummy. My partner was tired after our long journey as he's not too well so he went to sleep I sat... More

Mostly when travelling I will opt for a hotel as opposed to a B&B, but am glad on this occasion that I did otherwise. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kinross, less than a mile off J6 of the M90 motorway; ideal for us as guests to a wedding at Tullibole Castle, just a 10-minute drive away. Many... More

We were greeted in the late hours of the evening by the very friendly owner who welcomed us in like long lost relations. After a few minutes of pleasant conversation we settled into our beautifully decorated room, absolutely spotless and very well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and a lot of though had gone into what... More

What a warm welcome from Fiona and Eric! Just as if we were old friends. Great breakfast pleasantly served. Shed storage for our tandem. Wish we could have stayed longer! Quiet night even though conveniently located on main bike route.

Fiona is a friendly, thoughtful host who runs an immaculate, cozy B&B. After a long bike ride in the rain we appreciated the comfortable lodging. If you visit be sure to say hello to her incredibly cute big, black dog named Eric. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast ordered the night before & cooked fresh by Fiona (the host), good location. Fiona has a large friendly dog (Erik). Secure storage for bicycle. This is a very nice B&B.

I came across this b&b whilst walking alone through Kinross, was made most welcome by Fiona. The room was superb and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent and brilliantly served. Would defiantly recommend this b&b and would hope to return with the family.

A cosy and comfortable B&B ideal for short stay. Very reasonably priced. Large, filling breakfast which you order the night before so can be tailored to your own tastes. Good facilities in room. Sports channels available in the main lounge, tv and dvd in room. There is a large friendly dog in the B&B. The room stayed in did not... More

In Kinross to attend a family wedding. We really could not have made a better choice of accommodation. Nothing was too much, the rooms were excellent, everything you could possibly want, even a box of toys for my 2 year old granddaughter. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice on the menu, and plenty of it! Not often you... More
