This hotel is in major need of a refurb, My room was shabby to say the least, due to maintenance.and more polyfilled holes than a little.Bed sheets and bathroom were clean which was the main thing and staff were very helpful.

Stopped here on a cheap one nighter on the way to St Andrews. The lodge is dated and in need of a revamp but the beds were new, albeit a bit hard were quite decent. The facilities over the road allowed us a decent feed, but leaving the next morning we noticed a restaurant over the road. The staff were... More

first the staff were very helpful. the location is very close to a lovely small town of kinross and a very pretty loch leven. even after driving 340 miles we spent a few hours looking around the loch and town. the room was dated but we were warned of this. what we were disappointed with was the smell of smoke.... Booked one night here whilst visiting edinburgh for the day. got bargain price when booking 2 months in advance. used local train station to get into edinburgh and saved hassle of parking and traffic jams as it was festival time. its a basic travelodge that could do with a bit of TLC but was quiet and clean and the reception... The welcome was very friendly which was a good start. We were warned somewhere in the booking process that refurbishment was due so were not surprised to find the room a bit tired. The beds were quite narrow. The noise from upstairs did disturb us throughout the night. For a one night stopover it was reasonable value. Parking free and... More

Very comfortable, and quiet room at a great price. Bed and shower were great. staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Only negative was that the room was a little tired decoratively. I would book this travelodge again.

We stayed for one night staff were pleasant and helpful the room and bathroom was clean and tidy but bathroom did need a little work as it was old and tired looking. No breakfast offered like premier inn but you could order a sad looking breakfast box which I found was over priced for what you actually got overall a... More

I hate to knock this hotel because the staff were really friendly and were great to chat to, but the hotel is in need of some improvement. The locks on the door didn't feel secure and the room did look dated. There were patches all over the walls from where things such as handrails had been moved and replaced. On... More

staff fine and helpful but hotel is shabby and corridors were like a sauna and rooms smelt musty. The beds were old and lumpy, cannot believe that they charge up to £120 per night ,luckily I only paid £40 but this was still too much for the quality of stay.
