My wife and I spent over a week at Arisdale as part of Shetland's wool week festival. Maureen, our host was simply fabulous. The only way I could describe her is as a lovely aunt who catered to each and every one of our needs, including laundry. She simply goes above and beyond. The only fault I could find is... More

We stayed for a week in the chalet at Arisdale on a B&B basis. The privacy of the chalet with the convenience of B&B. The chalet with its sitting room and fully equipped kitchen provided all we could ask for. Maureen could not have done more for us, even to a willingness to take our washing in if it rained!... We had scrummy breakfasts and evening meals all home made by Maureen. The room was perfect for a couple. Clean, comfortable and well presented. Robbie told us great stories and we look forward to returning one... More

A perfect place to stay for a few nights in Lerwick, with just a quick walk into town. We stayed in the chalet and had a whole little house to ourselves. Would be great for longer stays. Nice and coimfortable, and Maureen was a cheery and helpful hostess.

I have been a guest of Maureen many times, nothing is a problem. When it is time to leave I always feel I could have stayed longer. Looking forward to my next visit.

Maureen is an excellent, warm and friendly hostess and very helpful - booked a ferry for us and even lent some warm clothing! Accommodation was clean and comfortable and a good choice for breakfast. 5 minute walk into town. Recommended.
