Stayed at Cottons for just one night and would rate the hotel as excellent. Very nice rooms, nice and quiet, with all possible facilities and great walk in shower. Food lovely, but what make this hotel stand out is the staff, fantastically friendly, courteous, but not pushy.

Nicely presented hotel with good clean public areas. Rooms ok and in general food was very good. Only negative point was fresh fruit salad was off on both days, even although I pointed it out ton the staff. I shall probably return.

A welcoming hotel, comfortable hotel with good facilities, well-equipped rooms (free wifi throughout, trouser press etc.) and an excellent restaurant (particularly at dinner time) The big brand hotel chains should take a look at this well run hotel with friendly, courteous staff and look to their laurels.

This is a venue which appears used to dealing with larger groups of people and does it very well. For example, the restaurant is able to create larger table groups and segregate areas so that two parties can be dealt with at the same time.
