Used the Kings as a stop-over on a biking trip to Scotland and it met all of my needs and expectations. The room was big enough without being spectacular and was clean. The service was friendly and we ended up joining in some drinking games with the locals and staff at the end of the night, I am not sure... more

I have to say the room was clean however very small - the words "swing" and "cat" did spring to mind. The person we dealt with at the hotel, a gentleman (and I use the term loosely) was dreadful, absolutely no people skills whatsoever. Every question or request was met with the same answer "No".
