“Best budget hotel by a mile”

We visit this hotel for the "university run" a few times a year and to my mind it is the best "budget" hotel I have ever stayed in (and at 50 years old i have stayed in a few!!) .It should be a blue print for the larger chains on how to offer great service and great value.
