I stayed here as the hotels work normally stick me in were full, and I'm so glad that they were. The room was comfy, huge and clean. The bed was good, welcome was warm, breakfast was quality, parking was ample, good wifi, close to the middle of town. All good. I'm not giving tips about what rooms to ask for... More

We had a warm welcome on arrival and found the family room to be spacious and clean with all usual ammenities. Each room has a private bathroom alloted to it and although not ensuite the bathroom was also very clean. The only down side was the very small size of the was basin which made washing awkward and the large... More

Ideal for an overnight stay, good location, very friendly staff, nicely furnished - the rooms are clean, comfy and cosy! Private car park. I had a spacious room with private bathroom for £45 including cooked breakfast! Definitely recommend!

We stayed here over the weekend: Family of four (kids aged 4 and 2) with a golden retriever, and we absolutely *loved* it. The house is very easy to find, as it's right on the main road. Plenty of (free) parking. The entire house is immaculate and wonderfully decorated. We had the Family Room (one double bed & one single... More

There's too much to say about this place, welcoming, clean, attention to detail. We stayed here as we booked a trip on the great central railway which is just up the road. The room was a family room, lovely bed, en suite shower. If your in Loughborough...STAY HERE!

We stayed here whilst visiting our son at University. We received a lovely warm and friendly welcome, the house is charming and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had a family room with one double bed and one single bed and the room was a really good size. Our room had an en suite shower room (I believe all rooms... More

Needed a b&b for the Download festival at castle donington and this place was ideal. The owners had just moved in so there were no carpets but plenty of fresh paint! But this was far better than being stuck in a tent in a muddy field.. Great location, on the Leicester road, car park at the back and seemed like... More

This is the 4th time we have stayed here and was dissppointed when the owner ssid they were leaving. Pleased though that they are only moving down the road into bigger premises. Also pleased that they will then be able to offer en-suites and this was the main downfall of an otherwise very clean, friendly value for money b&b. We look... More

Apart from no en suite, I couldn't fault this B&B. Very helpful and charming owners, Derek and Lez, and a real homely feel to the place. I will definitely return! ; )
