Although there isnt much happening in Lowestoft it's a handy spot for the Norfolk Broads and Norwich. Lovely place, helpful and friendly owners. Breakfast was great. Location opposite the promenade and pier with free on street parking outside (but get there early). The only negative in my room was the TV but this will be changed in time for switchover.

We've just spent 2 nights at the Harbour Lights guest house - very impressed. Room was spotlessly clean with tea/coffee facitlities and our room (number 2) also had uninterupted sea views. I have been staying here on business for a night most weeks for the past 12 months. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and a frindly welcome from Frances and Michael. Breakfast is excellent and generous - fresh coffee and full english highly recommended. I really have no complaints and the price is most reasonable.
