Just got back from 3 nights stay at Harbour Lights Guest house. It was overlooking the sea and we had a room with a sea view and a large bay window with two seats so we could sit and look over at the sea. The room was comfortable and very clean and we had an en-suite. Breakfast was excellent and... More

We have just stayed at the harbour Lights bed and breakfast for one night. This was a trip booked at very short notice for us to get away due to a family bereavement. We were met upon arrival by a very friendly couple, Frances and Michael. There was a problem with some roadworks behind their property so Michael came in... More

Fantastic friendly guest house, nothing was too much trouble for owners Frances and Michael even when we got stuck in traffic and arrived late evening. We stayed for 2 nights to be able to attend a family wedding. We had a family room (room 5) which was spotlessly clean (and I can be quite fussy) spacious with tea & coffee... More

My colleague and I stayed here whilst visiting the Port for work. We had a twin room (one double and one single bed) with en suite and a sea view. The room was compact but clean, comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely, Michael and Frances are welcoming and friendly and was happy to tailor the... More

Two middle aged men left the wives for a weekend to do some sea fishing in January. We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival and contineously throughout our stay. The room we had was immaculate and tidy, spacious and warm. On suit with tv and refreshments. Great seafront views and quiet. The breakfast was superb and being... More

Needing two rooms for business in Lowestoft, this guest house proved to be an excellent find. Forget your Premier Inns at £80 and rubbish breakfast, the rooms were spotless, comfy and Michael knocked up a delicious full english for me and my colleague. OK, so the room wasnt en suite, but the location is great, true sea views from my... More

The rooms in this guest house are spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfasts are delicious and generous. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Harbour Lights is in a great location being within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the attractions of Lowestoft. On our next visit to the area we will not hesitate in booking this guest... More

Just back from a really enjoyable stay at Harbour Lights Guest House. The room and en suite were compact but comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfasts very generous, and Michael and Frances both cheerful, friendly and helpful. The B & B tariff is very reasonable. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. Thanks very much.
