Amazingly clean, comfortable room with fabulous ensuite. Fantastic breakfast that will keep you going. Warm welcome - Carol and Nick really make you welcome and know lots about the area to help you. A great little B&B located within Lymington. Clean, comfortable rooms with ensuite bathrooms which have one of the best showers ever seen. A luxury to come back to in the evening. Thank you to Carole and Nick for your wonderful hospitality. Having deer and rabbits in the garden was a wonderful addition to the trip.

What a great B+B, exceptional hospitality from our hosts Nick and Carole, the ensuite accomodation was spotless. Carole's cooked breakfast's were the perfect start to the day and Nick's knowledge of all things and the area a real bonus.
