Just had a weekend stay here and loved it! The place itself was so interesting, the house is full of interesting art, yet it has a lovely cosy feel to it. Tobi is a great host and went out of his way for us. His full English breakfasts were delicious. We loved our room on the ground floor overlooking the... More

Just had two days staying at Britannia House. Reviews say it all really and we are happy to agree! Ideal location for our stay in Lymington, great B&B with the very entertaining and wonderful host Tobi! Loved the breakfast chats about football etc.....! This is a slightly quirky house with loads of character,(just like its owner) have fun ..we did!... More

Sometimes one looks at the reviews on tripadvisor and takes them with a pinch of salt. However everything you read about Britannia House and Tobi is true. It is a superb place, centrally situated, and has been tastefully decorated and set up as a b & b. Nothing has been stinted in the attempt to make you feel comfortable and... More

This really is a great B&B. Four of us stayed three nights and were wowed by the spacious and stylish accommodation (we were in the annexe) and Tobi's perfect hosting - attentive to needs, a font of local knowledge and a breakfast maker par excellence. Lovely location, too, just a five minute stroll into the town centre. Highly recommended.

We have just returned home from a 2 night stay at Britannia House and it was everything we wanted.....and a little bit more! The House itself is quirky with lots of character and Tobi is a great host who cannot do enough for you. I genuinely cannot fault this place!

Look no further. This place would be difficult to beat. We had the apartment across the road for 3 nights. Spacious clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast environment where you can share a large kitchen table with other guests whilst your host Tobi cooks breakfast and joins in with the social ambience. We expect to return at other times of... More

We stayed two nights and found it so convenient for walking to harbour and town. Tobi was a great host and his breakfasts were excellent. Accommodation was clean and bed very comfortable. We had the Forest Room on the ground floor. Had a very enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed in the apartment situated in the modern building across from the main Brittania House. Spread over two floors, it really was a great town centre crash-pad! Very comfortably furnished, it felt more like a home swap rather than a B&B stay! Tobi the host is top notch. Great communication with regard to the booking and he made... More

We stayed for three nights and had a great time. The owner, Tobi is extremely helpful and professional, and really made us feel welcome. The room we had was in the annexe, and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and it was only a very short walk into the town center for dinner. Highly recommended.
