My wife and I stayed here a couple of days ago following previous excellent Trip Advisor reviews and were certainly not disappointed. This is essentially a first class boutique hotel at little more than standard B and B prices. Everything about the place speaks of fantastic attention to detail by Tobias the owner and is a real tribute to him.... more

We stayed here immediately after our wedding. Tobi was courteous and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The rooms are well decorated, light, airy and feel just like a bedroom should, and the bed was really comfy! Breakfasts are a real treat (Tobi is a great cook!), and the lounge is well stocked with books and magazines. When... more

This really is a super spot to stay - the accolades from other guests are thoroughly deserved. Clean, comfortable rooms, a central location, a beautiful lounge that's well stocked with books, great service, and Tobi's terrific breakfasts in his delightful farmhouse kitchen all make for an enjoyable and relaxing stay in a very interesting town. This was my second stay... more

We stayed at Britannia House having read the reviews on Trip Advisor and it lived up to all expectations. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Tobi was the perfect host and cooked a very tasty full english breakfast which set us up nicely for lots of energic walkng and cycling. The B&B is in a great location for... more

My husband and I stayed at Britannia House for my birthday at the end of March and it was a lovely stay - we had been searching for a nice B&B but when checking the reviews they all seemed to be lacking, until we came to this one - so glad we did. We had the Yarmouth Room across the... more

We stayed at Britannia House for just one night but wished it could have been longer. It was lovely and in a great location. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to go back again ourselves one day. We stayed in the Yarmouth Room which was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Tobias was a great host,... more

I can't but agree with all the great reviews of this place. My husband and I had a wonderfult time. The rooms are big, clean and full of character, we were staying in the garden suite and LOVED it. Tobias is such a great host, he made us feel very special. I made a lot of reseach to make sure... more

After working in a neibouring town,we decided to spend the weekend relaxing in the quaint town of Lymington, before heading back to London. We were pleased that we chose the Britannia House, as it's a wonderful B&B overlooking the harbour and near the sea and New Forest. It is suitated right by the railway station , don't be put off as... more

I stayed at Britannia for the second time recently. It was over a year since last time and I am happy to say that Tobi, the proprietor, has kept up the high standards. The location is great, the rooms are clean, modern but cozy, the beds are great and although Britannia is close to "downtown" Lymington, there is no noise.... more
