We spent two nights at Peel House in their excellent private garden room. The room, the garden and the en-suite were all tidy and spotless when we got there. We could see that the hosts really went out of their way to make our stay a real pleasure: they provided free bottles of water as well as sweets, hot chocolate... More

Just had a long weekend stay again at Peel House and was not disappointed. The rooms are lovely with all the extra touches only Elaine can make special. One of the best B&B's we have stayed at. Peter and Elaine are an amazing couple where nothing is too much trouble. Peter's knowledge of the area is second to none which... More

Well-equipped spotless rooms with large comfortable beds and all the breakfast choices anyone could possibly need, this gets a big thumbs up, (as well as ticking all my boxes). Wish I could learn to write reviews without... More

Best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. From the comfy bed to the extra little nik naks in the room. The breakfast was excellent and Peter is an excellent host who gives great advice on where to go and what to do. We were lucky to book with them as it was because of a cancellation, book early... Stayed here for 2 nights in the king size en suite. Couldn't fault it at all, lovely clean room, bed was so comfy, a well stocked tea tray. Breakfast was great. Great hospitality. The area was lovely with lots to see and do, wouldn't hesitate to come back!

We had a one night stay mid week in room 2. We liked the reviews on TA and so were looking forward to our stay. First impressions were favourable although we weren't sure which was the entrance. We felt our welcome was lukewarm after the comments we had read but maybe that was just our perception? We were asked what... More

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We are also sorry that you raised none of these points during your stay with us. There are no breakfast 'slots'. We serve breakfast between 8 and 9.30 as you note in your review. We do suggest that breakfast parties allow a 15 minute... More

We stayed here on our way to the Isle of Wight. We had stayed previously with Elaine and Peter about 4 years ago but the welcome we got was just as friendly. Rooms are clean with free wifi. Breakfast is delicious. It is a comfortable 15 minute walk into Lymington where there are plenty of good places to eat.
