Absolutely excellent in every way. Pauline and Andy are super hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The house and gardens are immaculate. I shall stay there again if I am down in the New Forest.

Great location, beatiful room and a super breakfast. The real icing on the cake was Pauline who was just about the best B&B host we've ever had. Tea and cake on arrival set the standard which never faultered. Thanks Pauline...if we're down your way again we'll be back.

This was the best B+B we have ever stayed in. Lovely bedroom but the most amazing bathroom-en suite. It was beautiful.
