Having loved Lymington previously and being steppingstone to Isle of White we were impressed with website of Listeria House with its impressive luxury photos How misleading Access is via rear door with no one to answer front door on arrival at miday Room was basic with stained carpets and bathroom had no shower more in keeping with student accomadation. In... More

We stayed here with our elderly mother whilst visiting relatives for the weekend. Our two rooms were nicely furnished, with pleasing little touches. McAllister (at the back) is a good size twin / double, with a quirky ensuite room. Bodley-Scott (at the front) is a plush with decorations of a high standard, though you have to be prepared for a... My partner and I stayed here for two fabulous nights. From the moment we were greeted by Jane we were made to feel completely at home. Our room was absolutely stunning and the extra special touches such as fresh flowers, quality linen and room aired ready for our arrival was a delight. We expected an en-suite however our particular en-suite... More

Beautifully presented elegant B&B in the centre of Lymington. Spacious room with immaculate bathroom and tea making facilities. Excellent service from Jane and a tasty breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price and easy booking.

Nice B&B in the heart of lymington. Front rooms can be noisey front traffic, but as we came in late from a wedding didn't really notice. Rooms were very spacious, bathroom big with nice decor and towels. Easy parking behind with friendly owner.

Arrived at the Wistaria House B and B on a Friday for a 2 night stay. Staff were excellent as was the cooked breakfast but that's the best I can say. The room was a good size but shabby as was the en-suite bathroom however the noise from the pub across the road was horrendous. Both nights were fairly warm... More

We had lunch in the restaurant which had friendly staff who provided reasonable quality food at very reasonable prices. The menu is a little limited but I would recommend trying the place if you are passing

We had a happy night here. The room was quirky and comfortable, with a lovely oldfashioned bathroom with a nice deep bath. There had been some recent refurbishment. We slept really well, it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good, choice of fruit to start and a decent full English nicely cooked, little roasted cherry tomatoes were a nice... More

We stayed here just for the one night,we chose here because of the reviews- but we were really disappointed. The room was grubby- carpet stained, cobwebs, in the bathroom we had a wet bath mat and a dirty toothbrush holder- and more cobwebs! The owners were great and couldn't fault the service. The location is good for exploring the new... More

We stayed here last month for the first time and the room was a good size and presented ok. However, the breakfast was basic and there were certain items which were supposed to be available which weren't - no yoghurts and no muesli, and the coffee tasted awful. But the most surprising part of our two-night stay was that, when... More
