Stayed for an over night during the September weekend. Great service And made to feel welcome by the owners. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great breakfast in the morning that set us up for the day.

Found it just off the seafront, great position,near all the pubs, shops, banks etc. Lovely hosts & breakfast. Stayed here during the St Annes Kite Festival. Lovely hotel run by very friendly hosts. Awesome breakfast! Located conveniently close to restaurants, cinema and the wonderful seafront. Note that the Google Maps marker incorrectly shows it on East Bank Avenue, but it's in East Bank ROAD.

Dont usually use B&B but the experience here was very good. Welcoming host, good clean room and excellent breakfast. Also able to park car for all our stay - free. Will definitely go back here.

Booked Room 3 for a sea view but when we arrived we were told it had been given to someone else who arrived before us. stayed in family room. comfy beds. very clean. not expensive. welcoming hosts. i would go here again. not a de-lux hotel, but was excellent value for money.
