Booked this hotel through Blackpool Leisure, who stated was of a good standard. On arrival hotel appeared to be more like a hostel. Owner was friendly and helpful but building needed a complete upgrade. Beds in rooms were very old and uncomfortable, some members of the party would not use the showers in their rooms as said they were too... more

This is my second time staying at this Hotel and yet again I found it excellent value. Nice, friendly and warm Hotel. Breakfast is very good and my personal favourite the owner allows me to lock my motorcycle at the rear of their building. We booked this hotel at the last minute and paid £44 for a double room. On arrival took 3 rings at the doorbell to even get an answer! we stayed here as a last minute get away for a weekend with my daughter 9 yrs my mum 83 yrs our labrador dog 3 yrs and ourselves in our 40's very friendly hotel good breakfast clean and most important for us dog friendly!!!!!!!! nothing was too much trouble and we will definately return more
