Location is fine on the sea front, however, if there is a strong wind then the front door is blown open creating a draft in the breakfast room area, do not sit by this entrance area, Good breakfast, well presented and plenty of room to get around. This hotel turned out to be a refreshing change - with the attention to detail by the staff - and the restaurant food was excellent. My partner and I stayed at the Glendower for 3 nights and we ate in the hotel, the food was really nice and the breakfast was too. Had a weekend break at this hotel from 7/11/08 to 9/11/08. Position: Quiet area of the town but only a short walk from the shops. Hotel overlooks the beach and sand dunes.
