Everything was suitable for our needs staying at Tudor House. Beds very comfy and felt at home. The cost is very reasonable to stay here compared some some B and B's and hotels. Breakfast was included which was very nice and you also had a choice.

I have stayed at this b&b three times now and on every occasion the standard of the rooms as been excellent. And in the morning you would be hard pressed to find anyone in the area serving a better breakfast. Adrian and Janet who run the b&b are such lovely people, they treat you more as friends than guests so... More

We stayed for a weekend, never having visited Lytham St Anne's before. Adrian, the owner, made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was top-notch. The bedroom was very comfortable and well prepared. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but you can't have everything! Parking was easy. Some spaces at the side of the house and plenty more on... More

Lovely welcome, owner had contacted us the day before about arrival time to make sure everything was ready for my mum. Early check in to be able to drop my mums bags off, great! Friendly, informative, couldn't do enough. Room was functional, quiet, clean, lovely. Although the bed was slightly hard. All In all though would return. Thank you.

Been back twice. Extremely warm and welcoming hosts, clean and excellent. Brilliant fresh breakfast with great vegetarian choice. Comfy beds. Warm room. Amazing value for money. Remembered us from last time.

a warm, friendly welcome by host, Adrian set the tone for our stay at Tudor House. Actually two stays, three night each, separated by five nights elsewhere. Adrian was very willing to allow us to leave some of our luggage between stays, a convenience much appreciated. Our only very small critique is that the room was small for more than... More

A friendly, very welcoming and very clean basic B & B. You choose breakfast from a comprehensive list the night before, decide what time (7.30 – 9am) and within a couple of minutes of arriving, there it is, very good and plentiful. Plenty of storage and plenty of hangers. Free Wi fi is available too. Great position within 5 –... More

Stayed at the Tudor lodge for two nights recently and found it a very nice place to stay. Adrian was the perfect host made us feel more like friends than guests, and if like me you enjoy a good breakfast you will not be disappointed.
