Just returned from a two day break at the Queens Hotel. It was excellent. Warm welcome on arrival. Our comfortable room had a large bay window overlooking Lytham Green, the Promenade and the sea beyond, and with two comfy chairs it was a good place to sit and unwind. The roll-top bath at the foot of the bed was quirky... More

Booked a table for 4, & our dog, for Sunday lunch when friends were stopping over to visit. Had to call a couple of hours before the time to delay our reservation by an hour & the staff were very accommodating. We had a nice corner table with plenty of room for the dog to lay down & our orders... More

My husband and had a superb lunch in the Queens. We ordered steak ciabatta's and it was a full slice of steak on each. The chips were fab but the onion rings were to die for. Huge freshly made battered, light and crispy. Will definitely go there again.

This pub is very popular on the Lytham festival weekend, as it opposite the gates. It looks out to sea and on a sunny day is great to sit outside. We ate here last year and on our return this year food looked just as good. To book to stay for the festival weekend you have to be in early,... More

We stayed two night on the second night My husband was feeling well we asked if we could leave at 11.30am the staff were extremely helpful. The food was good the only critism is the difficulty of getting out of the shower as it is over the bath and it is higher than usual for a short person perhaps a... More

Visited via word of mouth recommendation on Sunday 19 July and it was packed to the rafters so opted to sit outside in the sun opposite the beach front. We ordered 2 Sunday lunches of roast beef an all the trimmings and can honestly say it was one of the best and tastiest Sunday roasts we have eaten, £10.00 approx... More

We paid £105 per night for two nights b&b in a double room overlooking the sea, within perhaps 350 yards from the famous Lytham Windmill. The room met our needs perfectly and the breakfast was excellent. The location is superb - within 5 minutes walk to Lytham's plentiful shops, bars and restaurants and within a short drive away from the... More

We had lunch a few months ago at a The Queens & apart from the quality & presentation of the meals we were very impressed by the access that dogs had to the hotel, being dog owners ourselves. We decided @ the last moment to have a couple of days in Lytham St. Annes, so we decided to stay @... More

Though this is a hotel, it's main trade IMO is it's great food. This place gets busy, so it is advisable to book. It has a great menu, and some of the best fresh fish you can eat. The starters are substantial, so it's worth considering sharing otherwise there is every chance you won't make it through 3 courses. The... More
