The room was described as luxury....to be fair it was nicely decorated but the space in the house has been divided up for the maximum amount of rooms, this is also refected with the problems outside parking. The room was tiny to say the least, the shower/toilet was five feet square & would be a problem for the larger person.... more

This is such a lovely and warm and friendly Boutique Guest House. Sue is very welcoming. The bedroom was beautfiully decorated, light and airy comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk into St Annes town centre where there are some lovely restaurants and shops. Will definately stay here again and would recommed it anyone. more

Boutique hotel but small enough to be personal and with quality quirky furnishings so everyone bedroom is different. Spacious rooms, good quality shower rooms. Owner very welcoming and friendly. Puts other local hotels (at twice the price!) to shame! Quality sheets, flat screen TVs and ask for the fruit at breakfast - very stylish (and yummy!). Location is quiet (set... more

Visited this guest house early August. Fantastic house which is extremely well looked after. Our room was a family room, it was immaculate comprising of a main bedroom with a childrens room. Both rooms had a television and the childrens room had added nic naks such as DVDs and toys. Food was delicious and menu tailored for individual tastes. Service... more

We stayed recently overnight at the Haworth House Hotel, booking through LateRooms.com and can vouch that this had some of the best accommodation we have ever stayed in! Admittedly, the usual price (per room) is a little high but the price we paid was about right for (good) seaside B & B. The Howarth is a strange place in the... more

We travel extensively with our teenage daughter's sport and also with work , and I would just like to support the extremely positive reviews of this Boutique Hotel. The Hotel's rooms are lavishly decorated and individual. The breakfast is good quality cereals and Full English with perfect... more

The owner was super, the decor was lovely (though my husband thought that matching Delft curtains and wallpaper was a bit OTT), breakfast was really nice with not a drop of grease anywhere, and really great to stay in a hotel where you get proper radio stations in the room. Cleanliness there not only next to godliness but well on... more

I booked a room in this hotel in August 2008 and was told today, quite rudely by the hotelier that my room booked for July 2009 was cancelled because of double bookings. I told them that I had comfirmation of the booking and was told that if I turned up there wouldn't be a room for me anyway. I booked... more
