I think that this was the fourth or fifth visit to this lovely little gem.As usual our room was immaculate and we were greeted with hugs and kisses from Keri, the manager. She goes over and above her duties to please us,and if there is even the slightest niggle she will sort it straight away.It is always a very relaxing stay and... Beautiful beautiful beautiful! We had the 'orange pippin' room which was a great start as Orange is my favourite colour! 😉 The room was huge, beautifully decorated and with an amazing Victorian style bath in the room.. There was also an ensuite with corner shower. The barn is approx 20 mins walk from the town centre which is a lovely... More

From booking, arrival and departure all I can say 'what wonderful friendly staff'. 23/2/15-26/2/15. Parking ample. Kerri was an absolute diamond, always working, always smiling always going that extra mile, her main concern was your comfort. All the staff had the same work ethic, which came naturally, well done all of you. The hotel had a 'homely' atmosphere, the lounge... More

We took advantage of the amazing Sunday Lunch offer that they are doing at the moment. We were certainly not alone, other customers had been back twice or more. The menu was really excellent, a good choice to suit all ages. The ages in our party ranged from 11 to 75 and everything in between. Everyone enjoyed the food which... More

We only stayed for one night, but wished we had longer. Our suite had a sitting room and the most comfortable Super king bed. The decor was tasteful and in keeping. Food in the restaurant absolutely delicious. Breakfast was cooked to order with attentive service. I would really recommend this as both a place to stay and to eat. Close... More

Stayed for one night for bed breakfast and evening meal deal £150.00 in the D'arcy suite. The suite itself on first appearance seemed nice apart from a smell of stale water/damp mixed with lots of air fresheners! On closer inspection the paintwork was peeling as was the wallpaper in places and there were stains on sofa cushions and inside most... More

We apologise that you did not enjoy your stay with us, however we are a little perplexed at the review when you said your stay had been "great" when you checked out. I checked you out and the bar bill was incorrect for which I apologised for and did go through everything that you drank - I didn't automatically deduct... More

This stay was our second and it was just as good as our first. We booked the 2 for 1 offer Sunday Lunch for a large group, as we had met friends here before for lunch and it was very good so we could hardly miss this offer - I then noticed that they had a very good price on... More

Took my girlfriend here for a one night stay for her birthday. Stayed in the suddlington suite which was decorated beautifully. Restaurant was gorgeous and the meal was delicious. Will definitely return. Think dinner bed and breakfast was only £150 which was great value. Breakfast was to die for. Yum
