“Pleasant Stay”

A lovely homely hotel very close to Ross on Wye. The staff were welcoming in every respect and the facilities provided were superb. We were lucky enough to have Bedroom number One, that had a magnificent bed, and lovely views from the floor to ceiling windows. “" would love to visit again"”

A rare find in these days of formulaic ( impersonal), "Country House Spa" hotels. An extremely well run hotel, yet, the overall feeling was that we had spent two days in a private country house. “Doggie heaven”

This was our first trip away with Alfie, the springer, and it was a resounding success due to the staff at Glewstone. Alfie is slightly nervous and everyone went out of their way to accomodate him, including finding us a seperate room to eat dinner in. The food was excellent and the room was comfie . “Brilliant place to stay”

This place is full of character like its hosts. It is in a beautiful part of the UK and ideally located for exploring. The food is top notch and could not be better . Would highly recommend staying here.

“Like staying with a favourite aunt”

This is a lovely manor house in a gorgeous part of the world, surrounded by cherry and apple orchards, so it's hard not to fall in love with the place and the views. “My favourite place to relax”

I stay here several times a year ...with good reason..a beautiful house with roaring fires...big comfy sofas and the wonderful hosts Bill and Christine who produce the most fantastic cuisine ...its a magical place and I wouldn't stay anywhere else
