Stayed here for just one evening, perfect for me as a stopover. Excellent location for access to town centre and parking free overnight (remember to move before 9am if you want to avoid a ticket). Friendly reception in the morning with breakfast cooked rest to order in the dining area! Will likely stay here agin on my next trip.

Beautiful house in wonderful quiet location even though very close to centre of Ross. Perfectly placed for exploring surrounding countryside and landmarks Fabulous breakfast surpassed only by Patrick's hilarious cabaret! Fully intend to return (Sorry Patrick!)

Lovely old house overlooking the church in a prime location for the town. Rooms very comfortable, ours was at the back of the property & although small had all the necessary amenities, including free WiFi and was very quiet ensuring a good night's sleep.. Patrick the owner made us very welcome and cooked an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our morning... More

Although not particularly roomy our stay at Linden House was very nice. Great position, welcoming host who also knocks up a great breakfast from local produce. All good. The Royal pub across the adjacent graveyard overs great views of Ross on Wye from their terrace

A friend and I stayed here for the weekend for a wedding at Wilton Castle. The guest house is run by a lovely local man called Patrick who was more than happy to make sure we had everything we needed and even left some breakfast out for us in the morning. Really felt welcome when we stayed here last week for one night. Patrick was a very welcoming and helpful host. Rang us to advise on parking and directions. Room was comfortable and breakfast excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location just off High street, made very welcome, clean tidy rooms. Patrick was full of good advice, but we ignored his direction for food and ate at Man of Ross, good decision by us and went back for more food twice, try it. Small town with plenty of pubs Doombar in many of them. Thanks Patrick for our stay... More

Stayed with Patrick last week on our way home from travelling. Booked on day of stay and had a telephone call from Patrick confirming booking and advising of road systems and parking which was appreciated. The house overlooks a church which is very pretty and there is a newly refurbished hotel minutes away which has lovely views over the welsh... More
