We were greeted by the farmer who then gave us a very informative lesson in cider blending, whilst we tasted some of his brews. It was really great to get this kind of interaction with someone so obviously passionate about his subject. We learned... More

Having never stayed in such a small b&b wasn't sure what to expect . However it was comfortable clean and a home from home stay. The location is great surrounded by beautiful countryside & farm setting. i would recommend this b&b.

We stopped here en-route to Mid Wales and what a perfect place. We were greeted by our charming host John with a jug of scrumpy style cider and delicious apple cake. After we had a walk around the orchards and said hello to the pigs and the alpacas we sat down to a gourmet dinner in their lovely dining room... More

After reading so many great reviews we decided that Boome Farmhouse was the place to stay. We stayed in a gorgeous little annex which had a bedroom, a little lounge and a kitchenette. It was perfect for our stay. On arrival we were greeted by John who offered tea, coffee or a jug of cider and cider cake to enjoy... More

We popped in on the cider tour today and found it to be a lovely location, quite idylic. The cider was delicious and thanks to generous samples we bought a batch which have been consumed tonight. The tea shop was second to none, great location (don't be put off by the lack of menu, everything is beautiful and of the... More

We booked Broome Farmhouse at the very last minute whilst sitting in a cafe in Monmoth. We arrived about 45 minutes later and after 5pm. John was right there and was well prepared. On arrival we were offered complimentary refreshments and a jug of their own brewed cider. Once we were settled, we explored the farm stocked with Alpacca's, the... More

We are from New Zealand on a touring holiday and found this great farmhouse B&B in a lovely setting .It is a characterful place to stay with very generous hosts. We could barely do justice to the enormous breakfast so prepare yourself for a treat.

Stayed at Broome Farm for 1 night with my boyfriend on the way back from Wales. On arrival we were welcomed by Hilary who produced some homemade cider cake and a jug of locally produced cider. Our room was very cosy and we were particularly suprised to see a fine selection of teas, and a flask of milk available to... More

Stayed at Broome Farm for one night and had a very warm welcome when we arrived. Hilary and John made us feel completely at home and offered us their locally produced cider and home-made cider cake. Shame we were not able to stay longer as work beckoned Would definitely recommend to Friends and Family Steve and Jo
