This hotel is in an ideal location, tries hard but doesn't quite make it! The rooms are not cheap and our balcony room was quite small, no minibar and dated furnishings. I like this hotel. It's an ugly lump of a building, but in a stunning setting right by the water, with wonderful views all round. The pool and spa area is pleasant, with wonderfully warm water on a sunny day. Food and wine good, and very decently they upgraded my single room to a suite without me asking for it.... more
