Usually when I visit a B & B I dont feel a need to return, and infact like finding new places. However, after first finding Burnville Farm, this is always our first booking when returning to the SW. The location is stunning. Rooms incredibly comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals are beatifully presented and tasty. Also very welcoming hosts.

This is one of those places that you want to keep a secret in case you can't book the next time, but the secret is obviously out looking at the calendar! Maybe the best B&B we've visited in the UK. Beautiful house, great location, very comfortable room, outstanding breakfast. The hosts were very friendly and a great help planning everything from local walks to excellent local restaurants and pubs. It was a perfect weekend and we're looking forward to going back.

A superb old house with oodles of character. We were only here for a night but were made to feel very important by our hostess. The room was large and comfortable and the sherry provided was appreciated! Would happily stay here again.

Cannot agree more with the praise others have given. Warm welcome, coffee and cakes on arrival , breathtaking setting , beautiful room and bed , delicious breakfast. I hereby award you 3 Michelin stars. Very good file of local info in the room . The Dartmoor Inn nearby , strongly recommended by owners and how right they were.

Lovely B&B. Extremely welcoming and friendly owners who are very accommodating. Spacious and comfortable rooms that are perfectly presented. Amazing breakfast with gluten free options. Probably best B&B we've ever stayed in. No hesitation to recommend this to others.
