Great hotel. Friendly staff, room was spotless and parking was great. The only downside for me, was the bed was rock hard. It was like sleeping on concrete. If you like a firm mattress, you'll sleep well. If you like a soft mattress like me, you may have a restless nights sleep. That was the only problem I had. I... More

This Premier Inn just outside Newton le Willows, was clean, quiet and friendly with a great restaurant attached. The food and service is second to none and I do recommend you eat here. What I really like is being able to book a room, check out and pay and book a table all online. Premier Inns great value as always

After all the adverts on tv I was expecting a really good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed Not the case Bed was like concrete and I spent every minute of the night awake. Certainly was not feeling great for my very important meeting the next day Have to think before going to a premier inn again

We had two rooms over the Easter weekend and both were up to the normal Premier Inn standards of cleanliness and comfort. Rooms three and twenty are at opposite ends of the ground floor but both were quiet and although there were children staying in other rooms they did not disturb the quiet. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I... More

After taking my young children (5 & 2) to Gullivers Kingdom, we had decided to stop over, and we choose the Premier Inn. A family room with breakfast cost £82. The room was huge and had the biggest queen bed I've ever seen, we also had a single bed too. The room was clean and nicely present, it had nice... More

We stayed for a few days after visiting Gulliver's world. It was a short travel from the park. The hotel was nice and in a quite location, there's a restaurant at the vicinity which is convenient. We booled for breakfast and the kids are free to eat. Eat all you can breakfast and the food were all good and many... More

A real shame that this hotel is damp and cold. The bed was very hard and the pillows weren't that clean. The staff in the hotel try very hard to help but facilities are poor and there is only so much they can do to help. When it is the middle of the night and the room is cold and... More

I stayed here for two nights in March 2015 as I was attending a family funeral in Warrington. I was immediately and consistently impressed by the staff who were magnificent. This Premier Inn offers everything you need without the frills and what it does, it does very well indeed. A big plus is the attached pub and restaurant, where meals... More
