I recently stayed in this Premier Inn, travelled to Warrington for 2 days and stayed alot longer. The friendliness of all the staff was a great start, booking in at reception was so easy and informative. I could not fault my room, it was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and plently of tea and coffee in the room. I felt... More

We booked a one night stay at the Premier Inn Warrington Centre as it was central to where we wanted to be. We were allocated a room on the ground floor. The Hotel and the room were clean, tidy and comfortable. Easy to find, quiet and a comfortable bed. On arrival, we had to wait a couple of minutes until... More

Excellent service by the staff in the hotel and the restaurant - we were a junior football team so usually the type of group that is hard work for hotel/restaurant staff but we were treated excellently and really looked after and made so welcome by everyone. The food was also excellent

The hotel was easy to find and was good value for money! It was very quiet and the rooms were comfortable. We had a problem with the heating but the receptionist was very helpful and sorted it very quickly. Great customer service

We choose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the station. From start to finish there was no cause for complaint. Room was good size, clean and bathroom lovely. Staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, arranging our taxi for the party. We ate in the restaurant next door which was really good and breakfast the next... More

The hotel is easy to find if you follow the hotel's map and ignore the sat nav if it tries to send you further into Warrington. The car park was pretty empty when we arrived and we noticed at reception this is covered by CCTV. Clare the receptionist on duty was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and... Stayed two nights for a wedding in Warrington. We came by train (Warrington Bank Quay) and chose the hotel because of its proximity to the station. We were given a quiet room not overlooking the railway sidings nearby - had a good restful stay. Would recommend.

Booked into hotel by my company. No choice. I was less then pleased at being slapped into a Premier Inn. What a blessing On arrival I asked for a room change from the back of the hotel to the front. (After reading reviews on rail track). The staff were brill. No problem what so ever. Explained I would need the... More

Looked good from outside - looks can be deceiving. Reception grubby - room well when I dropped my stuff off looked okay - could hear people walking about upstairs, anyhow went to eat. Got in later and it was freezing - thought I would have a shower - nearly burnt the skin off me - went to bed with clothes... More

This was our first visit to this hotel. Desk staff on arrival very good. But we did notice a musty smell like damp from the lift. Hotel room at first was fine. but asked for a different room at one o clock in the morning. Due to the railway carriges rumbling by in the small hours. They found us another... More
