We stayed here for three nights , and i have to say i was very disappointed and so where my colleagues. The location and the hotel itself is stunning the rooms are great and large , However we went for breakfast and it was cold, the plates where stone cold as well . Some of the staff where frosty and... More

Hotel is lovely. We were on a Travel Zoo deal but there was no feeling of not being as important to the hotel just because we had paid less. We were given a lovely room with frnech doors leading to the garden. Bed very comfortable and room and bathroom very clean. We had two dinners included in our stay and... More

Hotel Excellent . Setting, large rooms, very clean, Staff very helpful and friendly BUT not enough of them and need more training. food was first class. Easy to find and very handy for visiting Hampton Court Palace.

Six of us stopped here for afternoon tea. Although we hadn't reserved a table the staff were excellent and made seating arrangements for us immediately. The afternoon tea was lovely. Dainty little cakes, fluffy scones, fresh sandwiches and miniature trifles. All this served with limitless tea and smiles galore. The grounds made a perfect place to stroll and at least... More

We stayed at this hotel after a birthday trip to Kew Gardens for my wife. We booked with a Groupon voucher for a deluxe room with dinner and breakfast. The dinner was a three course selection from the £25-95 menu, great service and value and with a pretty good keyboard singer thrown in. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of... More

Husband and I took my elderly mother to the hotel for the weekend and had intercommunicating rooms on the first floor. Everything was lovely and clean, with huge Queen beds. No complaints whatsoever. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were always very attentive and polite at all times. The food in the restaurant was beautifully presented and very... More

Beautiful surroundings, but a tired hotel in need of serious update. It does not deserve its 4 stars. In the first instance, when arranging the trip, we did try to book as a group, but the hotel were not interested in offering us any discount. Therefore I used one of the booking sites, where I was offered a slightly better... More

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. We were meeting up for a 20 year reunion with friends of ours. We all worked here in the 90's and were all looking forward to returning to the place. Well, it's certainly gone down hill since then ! There's a mish mash of decor, a lovely modern restaurant but thread... More

I stayed here for the weekend. 20 year reunion. Our first time to meet each other and took us six months to plan. I had high hopes and was very excited. That started to unravel as I checked in. I had to say my name twice as the male receptionists English wasn’t great so I gave my card “correct spelling”... More

Good, clean room, but a four star hotel that doesn't have a resident's bar, that is open after 24.00 on a Friday/Saturday? Not impressed with having to hassle the night staff to get the keys to open the bar and then only serve certain drinks. I know this hotel from the 1990's and as far as I'm concerned, doesn't warrant... More
