Thank you for your review and for coming back here every time you visit Wolverhsmpton. We always try to provide great value and a few little extras along the way! If you fancy trying breakfast next time remind Keith I said you can have it for £5 instead of £7 - just to see if you like it. Thanks again.... More

My husband booked this hotel based on location and price. We don't know Wolverhampton and we're staying for a weekend to see a gig with some friends. The hotel is full of charm- quirky features and details in every nook and cranny. For the price we paid, excellent value and good service.

We have stayed twice at this hotel on visits back to Wolverhampton. It's great value and wonderfully quirky. It's an Arts and Crafts house full of appropriate nick nacks. It's basic but clean and the service is excellent.

Quirky and great value - we would totally agree. It's a 1909 Edwardian building, so retaining the originality yet keeping up to date is a challenge, but we will never lose the quirky! Thanks for your review. John More

I was instantly made to feel welcome. My room was comfortable, tastefully decorated, good bed and everything was spotless. The breakfast was worth every penny. I really enjoyed my stay and I really wish that I could have stayed longer. I'm definitely going to stay again.

Thanks for your review. We are always trying to keep the hotel tastefully decorated; difficult and expensive sometimes but definitely worth it! I am glad Keith looked after you well. John More

We spent 9 days in this hotel and had the best time, amazing value for money with the rooms, very kind, compassionate, caring staff members who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, welcome and make you want to come back! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you

We spent nine days in the hotel with one night away midweek while we visited family. Even though we were not booked in for that night, staff went above and beyond to help us by keeping our bags in storage for when we got back and putting them back in our room before our arrival that evening, rather than us... Stayed for two nights in this very quirky hotel. Had a twin room and a single room. Original features remain in the older part of the hotel with very tasteful displays of old suitcases and memorabilia from the era. Sitting room had gentle music playing, again all very much in keeping with the era and there was a model dressed... More

Thank you for your review. We do strive to be different and this 1909-13 Arts & Crafts building helps us do that. As you noticed, it's a fine balancing act trying to remain traditional, yet new! I'm sorry about the hot water; occasionally it does happen. Keith and the staff are always working to provide an environment people will remember... More

Stayed 7th Feb. 2015 Lovely hotel, great manager made us so welcome. Bed very comfortable, room clean. Plenty of provisions for making drinks. Would recommend this hotel.
