Ok...let me start with the good bits... 1. Free wifi 2. Kavi the Indian Restaurant was not bad 3. There was lots of parking And there endeth the list of positive things to say! I booked an "executive" room with added premium for the best room available. Hmm...well clearly I do not understand the Ramada Park Hall's opinion of best... more

We all know hotels have to try and sell themselves.. . but this was a joke. The website refers to the hotel being set in 5 acres of peacful grounds...what it doesnt say is that we would be given a room overlooking what appeared to be a dumping ground. The website features a customers comment about being child friendly. UNLOCKED ROOMS,... more

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed with this hotel. Upon arival and checking in, the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and told us everything we needed to know. I noticed that we had been allocated a family room which I questioned as i had booked a double room and it was because there was a... more

Do not be decived by the photos for this hotel, driving upto the hotel, is fine, automatic iron gates which open onto a nice building, but as soon as you step inside its all downhill. Creaky stairs and corridors, dirty plates, towels and sheets in the corridors, rude reception who questioned me everytime i entered the hotel, rooms were dirty,... more

Our visit to this hotel was for a wedding. Upon arrival the staff seemed very disinterested but we were eventually checked in and directed to our room. I would describe the room as being reasonably clean and adequate for our needs (1 night stay). The wedding reception went quite well although the hot food was standing for a long time... more

This hotel was booked by my company for 3 nights for a course. The hotel website looks impressive and I was keen to see how this translated when I got there. The hotel itself is in a residential area and has large grounds and ample parking. The receptionist was nice although brisk with instructions and the bar and reception area... more

I got the room on a deal for £50 B&B. The Hotel has clearly finished its refurbishment and most of the rooms seem to be in the annex to the original Manor House. The Health club is in an adjacent converted house and the gym is superbly equipped. The room was standard fair, the radiator stayed cold when turned off.... more

Booked this hotel through an online site and after reading comments on Trip advisor almost cancelled. Glad i didn't. We received a warm welcome, the room (sleeping 3 adults) was perfect for our needs and the pool and leisure facilities were great. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast had a large choice and... more

Firstly, I have never felt the urge to write a bad review about a hotel, but for some reason I do about this one. I’ve stayed in some rough places before but this one tops it. First impressions were good, the reception and bar area are very nice, as you will see from the website. Receptionists were very efficient and... more

Thank you for your compliments on our property. However we deeply apologise you were inconvenienced on your stay. We currently have two sections to the Hotel a newer wing and older wing. From looking at your review it seems you have stayed in our older wing of the Hotel. This may have been for a number of reasons such as...

Did you know that Ramada hotels are individually owned? I didn't. I stayed recently in the Ramada Park Hall Hotel, which had been described as 4*. In my opinion it was nowhere near 4*. I complained to Ramada in an email and received a phone message (which admittedly was very nice) saying that the hotel would contact me directly within... more
