We stayed in a lovely room with an incredibly comfortable 4-poster bed and beautiful en suite. From the biscuits and little container of sweets to the special dish and dog treats for our little dog, the room couldn't have been nicer. But the real secret to our lovely stay was the host family. Right down to their charming children who... More

I stayed there for 1 night as I was visiting my son and daughter in law. I stayed in room 7, it had everything I needed , it was clean and well presented. The only thing I would like to have had would have been a fridge/ cooler in the room as I had brought water and it would have... More

A small Converted Farmhouse, olde world atmosphere.Very friendly Manager.Allocated a very big room with Four Poster Bed and good bathroom. The room was both comfortable and very clean, ideal for a long weekend stay.Breakfast (which i must add was FREE) included cereals, toast and full english breakfast. Some complained it wasn't a big enough choice.FOR GOODNESS SAKE ITS FREE.

Started off really well, but we were only 3 days into the stay with my wife and 2 teenage daughters ( and 2 small dogs)when we realized the Manager Liane became very distant, awkward, extremely rude and dismissive of our presence. We had a forced stay as our house had become water damaged so were already a little stressed not being... More

We have just returned from a weekend break in Wolverhamton and stayed at this hotel we were shown to our room which was small but adequate for a one night stay. When we went to use the bathroom there was a problem with lights. The lady who manages the hotel was very apologetic and gave us another room which was... More

Found the staff to be friendly. The location is pretty and the hotel had a nice feel about it but it requires a lot of tlc. My room was pleasant enough for the price I paid. There was an en suite with a bath and tap fed shower but I don't like carpets in the toilet. There was tea and... More

Loved this place, nice friendly and swift check in, the most charming country style room, very clean, very comfy, dog friendly, they have an Indian Restaurant attached and the food was very good, I thoroughly recommend this place.

hotel was perfectly fine, if a little tired, the setting was great, a lovely old house full of character, as a lone female I felt comfortable. The indian restaurant next door though was an experience not to be missed, I ate early and by the time I left it was rammed and this was on great British Bakeoff final night!

I got a very nice, large room with a grand old four-poster and adjoining bathroom. Great. The fact that I could pretty much hear people breathing in the room next door was pretty annoying at first, but then grew to being very frustrating when trying to sleep. The shower was very much a 'learn to love it' affair. It pulsed... More
