The reception area was very good and the staff welcoming and helpful but the rooms fell into the "I am glad it is just one hight" category". Strange stains and sticky patches on the carperts are not a good sign. If someone got their finger out ans worked on this place it could be a good hotel. more

This hotel is in a good location for a stay in Wolverhampton. The restaurant is great with tasty food and good service. The rooms are a bit disappointing, rather basic and bland for the price but are fine for an overnight stay. It's a shame the hotel does not have a gym (and the pool is outdoor, don't be fooled)... more

My Wife and I have stayed at this wonderful hotel more times than we can now remember. We have stayed at many hotels all over the world and generally have discovered that hotels can be wonderful on a first visit but tend to lose their sparkle after the initial welcome. Well the Novotel does not fall into that category at... more

Every time we went to a reception we had a long wait and it took forever to deal with our request, e.g checking in or out, hiring a cab. There was only 1 receptionist who was very slow at everything she did. Rooms fine, perhaps in need of a little updating into new Novotel style. Breakfast was good with lots... more

Upon checking into the hotel we were pleasently suprised by the reception our kids received. The lady behind the desk (Donna I think) was clearly a dab hand. She dealt with our arrival whilst ensuring that the children were not left out. They each received a game and cuddly toy which made their day. Whilst there isn't a lot for... more

When staying at the hotel last weekend with my partner, I realised that I had left my makeup bag at home. With little time to get ready before our evening out I made a chance call to the reception desk to see if there was a shop en-route to the race course, where we were heading. Having heard there wasn't... more

I stayed with my fiancee as he was doing the Tough Guy Challange in wolverhampton, upon arrival I was quite surprised to see that we had to pay to park in the hotel car park £3.00 per day. The reception area is lovely and the breakfast area very nice, staff are lovely and the rooms ok, it is located next... more

Ok hotel, only stay if it is a very cheap deal. The evening meals are truly appaling and I would never ever eat there again especially as the service is worse than the food. Don't bother complaining as they will not deal with your concerns effectively. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. Don't ask for toilet roll if... more

Stayed on the 5th December Don’t normally fill out comment cards or write reviews. However I have stayed in many hotels for both work and personal reasons. The reason for our stay was to vist some friends and family prior to Christmas. Found the hotel very easily, well my sat nav did. But the hotel was well sign posted as... more
