Stayed here on Good Friday as was seeing James Blunt at the civic hall. The staff were friendly and ate in the restaurant at night and was presently surprised by the good standard of food for a reasonable price. As for the room it was ok, but the bed was terrible the mattress was the worst I think I have... More

After staying in a few Travelodges around the country I wasn't expecting this. The evening meal was dreadful and I went to bed hungry. Lots of other things I wasn't happy about including lack of clean towels; draft from window; outside noise; freezing cold room ... I could go on. Pity as so far I have been really impressed with... Room resembled prison cell - so stark and cold. Stain on wall and ceiling. Breakfast - one member of staff on to do EVERYTHING, and stuff advertised as being available not as still awaiting delivery apparently. We use this Travelodge for ease but this may well be our last time.

The hotel is in a good location close to the city centre and the Civic Hall where we were going to see The Manic Street Preachers...we were on the ground floor next to a really busy road lorry drivers could see straight into the window the room was normal standard just a normal Travelodge.

yes the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the city center. however if you get booked on the lower ground dont expect a good night's sleep. People smoking and talking in the middle of the night right next to our window woke us up several times.

Stayed here recently when all other options were booked up. The location is quite central, very handy for Molineux which is only a few hundred yards up the road. It is however also on a very busy ring road and that, together with the fact there are no curtains and the blind letting a lot of light into the room... More

A very difficult hotel to access. The hotel is very visible but access is via small. back roads, which are not signed. Two simple signs saying TRAVELODGE would be sufficient. The £5 parking fee is also a pain. Breakfast, whilst of good quality, is expensive at £7.65p On the plus side the staff are very friendly and the hotel is... More

You get what you pay for here, staff very very friendly however the hotel is very tired and needs updating felt grubby!! We were also given the key for the room and when we got to it the maids were still cleaning it and were not impressed we were trying to get in, however they did give us another room... More

Stayed three nights while on business in Wolverhampton. The hotel is well-located and walkbale from the station and the city centre - right by the footie ground. The staff were very helpful and friendly as I had to switch rooms twice. I asked for a higher floor room and the first one really smelled of cigarette smoke, so I switched... More
