Searching for a room near to Brighton. ( Needing conference accomadation.) The Olinda was the neerest I could find. From the first contact with Eddy I felt at ease. What did I want ? A single cosy room with good facilities and breakfast. I got it, and more. Eddy and his gang were great. I even had a small balcony... More

Having had some fairly bad experiences, the Olinda was a good example of how things can be done and indeed, what you should reasonably expect. There had been some dietary requests prior to arrival, which were dealt with very efficiently by email. The reception was smooth and easy, Eddie was friendly and showed us to the room which was well... More

The staff at the Guest house made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The room we stayed on was a lovely size and very comfortable (we stayed during the heat wave and was lovely and cool) We would defiantly stay there again if we were in the area :)

A very comfortable bed & breakfast with wonderful views of the channel. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients , the sausage could be improved, but this would not stop us staying again. This was our second stay. We would recommend this bed and breakfast only a 15 minute walk into town,... More

Quite a basic bed and breakfast. Really good value for money. Large comfy bed. Rather small en suite - but clean and efficient. Thin walls. Lovely view of the sea shore, but a lot of passing traffic. People friendly. Fried breakfast was really really good. We stayed for a Saturday night and found parking round the corner without too much... More

I stayed at the olinda in April for 3 nights and had the single room with balcony. It was lovely. Very clean, quiet, fantastic views and amazing breakfasts. My room wasn't en suite but the loo/bathroom were just across the hall and I had no problems at all. I would this very reasonably priced guest house to anti e and... More

We stayed at the Olinda in Worthing for a long weekend break. It was well positioned for our purpose - visiting different resorts on that particular stretch of coast. We had a double front facing room overlooking the sea which was very nice. Unfortunately it was also on a very busy road and there was a lot of traffic noise... More
