My sister and I travelled to Worthing to see friends and wanted a hotel near the seafront (for walks and runs) but also one that would be peaceful. We asked for a quiet room when we booked and that's what we got. We loved the fact that the hotel had its own character - it may not have been modern... More

There's no parking at the hotel so unless you arrive after 6pm, you will need to pay for off street parking. (I think I paid a small amount (20p) for 40 minutes parking). The restaurant has a sea view which is relaxing on the English Channel. The receptionist sounded like she was autopilot, probably the effect of repeating same check... More

We used this hotel as a base while we visited relatives in the area. We had a family room which was huge, with sea views. Breakfast was included. Full English and/or Continental. Friendly staff. Not a good hotel for disabled as there is no lift. There is no dedicated parking, but you can buy parking permits got local streets. Overall... More

I travelled down to Worthing for business and was put up in the Worthington for one night. I had a nice stay and the room was decent with a sea view, big TV on the wall more than suitable for late night Simpsons and Family Guy showings and even a fan. Considering the humidity and lack of air con, the... More

I was in Worthing for a business trip. My colleague and I stayed at the Burlington. The rooms were big and comfortable. They were clean, although the bathroom could probably have benefitted from a make over. The bar was light and airy with friendly staff and the breakfast was good (although there was very limited alternatives to the traditional fry-up.... More

I used this hotel for an overnight stay for a wedding I was attending nearby and was overall a good choice. I arrived late at night and checked in but found the staff to be welcoming helpful and efficient. The room was clean and tidy and was pleased to have a partial seaview having been told when booking my room... More

We usually stayed at The Beach Hotel (which was next door, until they pulled it down, and are now redeveloping homes and another hotel) - so this is the nearest we could get to our accustomed sea view in a Victorian building. Such a mixed assortment of positives and negatives it's hard to know where to start. So, let's start... More

This review is an afterthought as we stayed there several months ago on a special deal weekend break at around the Christmas period . The hotel is enormous although that means nothing as there is a strangely cosy appeal to it. It smacks of times gone by and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere (although it has all the required modern... More

We booked this venue as we live local, our son had been on his gap yr and been travelling for 9 months ! We had a buffet and a disco. The food was very good and the venue was lovely. Ana the lady I dealt with for the booking was very professional and informative. The only negative i would have... More

Hotel was good, well run. Nice rooms, if a little small, but good boutique decor. My only disappointment was the view from the back rooms, a building site. The hot bedroom with winter weight duvet in the spring/summer (but that's probably me). The shower that wanted to be a tap. The inedible "clear"-poached egg with breakfast, and the price, compared...
