After being let down at 230pm at the Charles Dickins pub in Heene Road who had run out of food we thought to try the Burlington Hotel on the sea front. They have a smart bright bar diner there. We arrived 15 mins before they closed the kitchen and placed our orders. I had the beef and my friend had... More

Stayed at the Burlington with a friend and our 5 year olds this weekend. Despite a mix up with my understanding of the family room accommodation, the staff were extremely helpful and rectified the problem without delay. All staff were friendly and the hotel was very child friendly. Our room was nice and clean and the bar/restaurant area is lovely... More

Stayed here for one night after seeing four star rating on internet, the hotel in my opinion is not four star, they have no lift so if you have heavy suitcases you had better be fit. The car parking is an area which is also allotted to residents you can park until 9 am or the hotel offers a pass,... More

We are an older couple who were looking for a nice hotel overlooking the sea and found it in the Burlington. The staff were super friendly and the room amazing with a great view. The rooms were very well appointed and nice and clean.

My wife and I had one night in Worthing last weekend and booked the Burlington on line. I did not know what to expect as some of the older seaside buildings can be a little tired and worn. This is not the case with the Burlington , it has the character of the older hotel , but is well maintained... More

Overpriced stay and horrible experience in a hotel where they don't pay attention to detail (even if you stay in the premium room). We booked a room for two and there was only one towel set in the room. Soon after that, we realised that the table lamp didn't work, we had to call reception to let them know and... More

Dear Guests, I would firstly like to apologise for the fact you only had one set of towels in your room and that the lamp wasn’t working. I will be looking into why this wasn’t checked. I am however glad that reception managed to resolve this issues for you by proving extra towels and changing the light bulb. I am... More
