We stayed for two nights (mid week), both of which were very comfortable. A nice firm mattress, The House is clean and tidy. The owners are very friendly and pleasant, nothing is too much for them. Breakfast was very nice with quality products being used. Would we stay again ? Absolutely !!

Book early!! A beautifully and lovingly appointed guest house. Centrally situated, a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the central beach and pier, as well as the shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. Nearby the local Hare & Hounds is a very good pub with live entertainment. The hosts with the most are lovely and cannot do enough to make you welcome.Beds... More

I stayed for two nights whilst on business. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. Off street parking was also a bonus. I would happily recommend and look forward to going back next year during the town's 'Party in the Park'.

I can thoroughly recommend this delightful B&B located in the heart of Worthing. The off-road parking made the arrival stress free. The double room we had was spacious and well appointed with en-suite facilities (nice fluffy towels). Adrian and Jo were very friendly hosts, eager to share their local knowledge of good eateries and watering holes. It's only a 2... More

A nice guest house to stay in while visiting Worthing. The hosts were great and very welcoming! The room I had had a good size, evendough the bathroom was small, it was modern and made good use of the space. A short walk to everything, I would stay here again :)

Very good value. We spent four nights in this attractive guest house, and received a warm welcome. The breakfast (especially the eggs) was very good - just marred by small plastic pots of rather un-tasty preserves. An ample supply of good coffee. The lounge area was a bonus - lovely to have somewhere to sit outside the bedroom. The Beacons... More

Have just stayed for a week here - I can highyly recommend staying here. Both Jo and Adrian are fantastic in making you feel welcome and the breakfasts are yummy. For a proper British welcome and wonderful hospitality this is THE place to stay in Worthing.

I'm working in Worthing temporarily and have stayed at The Beacons for several weeks now. Jo and Adrian are extremely personable and helpful; the rooms vary in size but are spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are very good and freshly cooked by Adrian. The residents' lounge is a very useful touch, meaning that one's not confined to a bedroom if staying in... More

Lovely boutique guest house. Spotless tastefully decorated room with smart en-suite. Guest lounge and dining room beautifully presented. Superb breakfast with lots of choice. Short easy walk to town centre, beach, theatres and restaurants. Adrian and Jo were fantastic hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I felt very welcome. Marvellous and tasteful interior in the bedrooms and the lounge. Lovely friendly and helpful owners make you feel at home. Tasty breakfast with a lot to choose from. Near to the sea and close to pubs or restaurants. Quiet at night. On site car parking. Highly recommended !
