We stayed at this Hotel after having been moved away from the area for about 15 years .we had not booked a room here but this was always one of the better hotels as was owned by Michael clinch who used to be mayor of Worthing.I presume he isn't at the helm any more . We had our 22 month... More

Stayed here for one night with my partner at the weekend. We had what was guessed to be one of the nicest rooms in the hotel, four poster bed, very large clean room, good facilities and a view to die for. Upon arrival the staff didnt go out of their way to be friendly, to be honest they didnt even... More

The Chatsworth offers good old fashion service with a modern approach. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Food excellent, good choice, bedrooms very comfortable, bathroom spotless and was kept that way each day, towels changed on request. Most importantly the owner was on site every day, speaking to guests at hotel, but in... More

My husband and I got married on the 23rd august in the Chatsworth and from the very first day when we booked and looked around the hotel Liz and all the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful The wedding it's self was amazing in a gorgeous setting with Liz and her team ensuring that everything ran... We were allocated a great room on the 2nd floor overlooking The Steyne and a side view of the sea, what could be better? Hot breakfast cooked to order, 'proper toast' (unlike most hotels) and coffee 'on tap'. Polite, smart, friendly staff who don't go over the top and an unobtrusive owner who is there in the background. All for... More

This is a 3 star hotel with 4 star service! The staff are polite and helpful, the seaview rooms are stunning and the food is excellent. It is an old hotel and retains it's charm. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel is busy. The only drawback is the lack of a car park but good discounts are available... More

We paid £100 for one night (including breakfast). The hotel is a listed Building, that means for 100 years the decoration has not been upgraded. Ok, that's what you would expect but the room was tired (dead!) the carpet was filthy and been patched. The windows were on their last legs and you have to close the secondary double glazing... More

We have just returned from a bowling tour based on Worthing West Sussex. There were thirty seven of us in the party and my wife and I were running the tour. We spent three nights at the Chatsworth and we received not a single complaint from any of the party that related to the hotel. The food was good and... More
