Stayed at Chatsworth last week as im a regular business visitor to Worthing. Parking as always is a bit of a nightmare, availability-wise. That cant be helped though as it is public on-street parking. Reception was pleasant and friendly. Was booked into room 225 and was dissapointed that my bedroom faced a bus depot which was horrendously noisy and a... more

We stayed 2 nights and were delighted with the hotel. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable.Breakfast was super, buffet style combined with traditional service, the scrambled egg test was 8 out of 10!!!. The evening meals were very good and there are a good selection of other pubs and restaurants in the location of the hotel, should one wish to. The hotel is... more

We arrived in Worthing late without knowing where we were going to stay. We usually do some research first as "on-spec" selections in seaside locations have sometimes been disappointing. We certainly needn't have worried here though. The Chatsworth was an excellent choice and we decided straight away to stay an extra night. Rates are very reasonable for the standard of... more

Booked a twin room with sea view on a Saturday night. Room was excellent. Very clean, large with sofa. Wonderful views with 4 window looking out to the sea. Staff very polite and courteous. Breakfast was enjoyable with waitress service, rather than having to endure the hustle and bustle of buffet service. This is how British seaside hotels should be... more

Stay here a single night on business Have stayed at the hotel before and though some of the decor is dated - the room I had previously was a good size, well laid-out and very comfortable Had room 227 this time Room is quite a bit smaller and the bathroom is squeezed in at the end of the room. Delightful... more

The floors creak, the bed squeeked, the place was so overheated that we wanted to leave the bedroom window open but the traffic noise outside is horendous, even well out of season. The bedroom floor sloped and the room was tiny for a double! Would we stay again? Not on your life! Parking, even out of season, is OK if... more
