We booked here for 3 nights we staying in the premier room which is very comfortable and attractively decorated with a lovely ensuite. The dining room/conservatory is lovely and the breakfast consists of everything you could wish for and is delicious. The owners are friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return..

We received a lovely welcome and were shown to our incredibly comfortable room - full of personal touches that we don't usually experience in top hotels even. With easy parking and within walking distance of the sea front and town centre, this is an ideal base for a seaside break. Oh, I forgot to mention, their breakfast is to 'die... More

I had one of the smaller single rooms, and I absolutely loved it. Extraordinarily clean and cozy, with lots of thoughtful touches. The owners were exceptionally nice, served a lovely breakfast, and provided one of the most comfortable stays I've had in a b&b. I had just done extensive traveling right before, so I really noticed and appreciated all the... More

Probably the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights whilst visiting family. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and the choice for breakfast was very good – highly recommend the home made marmalade. The location is not far from the sea front and town centre. There were many attentive details in the rooms... More

Mark and Linda the owners were very friendly, breakfast was delicious with a great choice and including a wonderful home made marmalade. We took 4 jars home with us. Linda bakes the biscuits she places in our room and they are lovely. The garden is beautiful, it is near the beach and Mark and Linda will tell you where you... More

A really good quality guest house. Very friendly owners, who run a ultra clean place. Just off the main shopping road and about 500 yards from the beach. We spent one night here for a Stranglers concert on our way to Torquay. Ample parking available on site. Highly recommended. We plan to go back to Worthing for a weekend, and... More

Have stayed at Heenefields for at least seven times and each time we are amazed how lovely and friendly it is. The breakfast Is beyond compare with everything conceivable on offer. The rooms are clean, comfortable and en suite, the owners go out of their way to help in all situations. I really can't say enough.
