Our small group of classic car enthusiasts had an event in Dorset and stayed at this delightful hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, which was more than enough time to make an assessment of the hotel and I was sorry when the time came to go home. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived, by the... More

Stayed overnight on a short visit to the area, very friendly staff, welcomed and given a quick tour of facilities! Our room was within an annex at the the rear of the main building (20yds across a patio) we found the room adequate, clean, reasonable size with all the usual amenities. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good, fillet... More

Had a party in Yeovil Court , nothing was too much trouble and very good service and excellent buffett provided . Clean and comfortable rooms BUT yes the noise coming from the road is not nice as you need to keep windows closed .........investing in new double glazing would help all the negative comments re this problems !! Always ask... More

I was booked into the annex area at the back of the hotel, my room was cold, the tv on the wall was the smallest I have seen in a long time, the bathroom very dark, no windows and the bed very old and lumpy. Lots of Noise from the rooms upstairs and doors slam after opening. Apologies for the... More

We came here on New Year's Day. As well as wanting somewhere to stay we chose this hotel because it was the only one we could find on the internet in the area serving dinner in the evening.. We were warned that our room would not be ready until 3.30 because a football team had stayed the previous night and... More

Arrived in terrible weather but greeted warmly and helped in from the wind and the rain. Staff were great, room was clean, tidy and warm,if a little dated. Breakfast was great and the lady serving the breakfast was also covering reception, and mutitasked very well! Although I believe this is hotel is privately owned it was a real alternative to the... We recently stayed here and whilst the hotel is clean and the staff friendly our room and the bathroom in particular was quite dated and dark, the bathroom was especially gloomy. The bed was a very small double with a creaky mattress which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep during which we were woken by our upstairs neighbours moving around... More

The rooms were very warm and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price. We had dinner in the restaurant; good food, reasonably priced, with an acceptable wine list. The draught beer was good too. The shower was quite powerful, and almost too hot at first. The rooms were spacious, with a couch that converted... More

The luxury room is really fantastic and spacious. The bathroom is huge and nice. Everything is really clean and at a really high standard. Fantastic and kind service. The restaurant seems promising as we'll but I had no time to try it this time...maybe the next one

Good Hotel, quite close by car to Westland factory. Small room, but well furnished, and clean.Personnel is very kind. The restaurant has quite good food, with a standard english a la carte menu. Price of both hotel and restaurant are in average. I would say cost effectiveness is at high standard. I recomend
