The Hotel was a lot bigger than it looks from the road, set in pretty gardens!! The staff were very helpful and our room was big with nice views (the huge TV on the wall was my fave bit)! The restaurant and bar area is very cosy and the food was scrummy, lots to choose from!! Such a good find.........shame... more

This hotel is almost exactly equa distance from London to Cornwall, so with young children its the best place to stay and break your car journey up. I recently returned to the Hollies Hotel after a period of not visiting the region for some time and was pleasantly surprised. I have always preferred to stay at the Hollies when in the area due to its friendly atmosphere, good quality rooms and lovely setting.
