Hotel perfect for Eurotunnel travel, very clean and comfortable. Especially good for travelling with children, hotel staff very polite and nothing too much trouble. Bathroom spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable

We stayed here for one night as catching an early morning Eurostar train. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the car parks at Ashford International Station. In centre of an industrial estate but quiet at night. Large, clean, modern room with very comfortable bed and helpful staff.

More time explaining the benefits and facilities,as a couple of items like the Good Nights sleep guarantee and the room temperature needed a little more explanation. Other than that we had a very good stay.

The hotel has had a bit of makeover suits ok , but the windows were forgotten. As usual staff excellent. Rooms quiet but be aware of rooms facing the car garage S they have some fans going. I will use it again.

Booked this hotel to use the night before using to euro star to travel to disney. Spent 2days here with brother and sister in law and my husband whilst we were visiting various places,we were greeted by very pleasant staff who made us feel very welcome.Room was clean and just as Lenny Henry advertises.Good stay.
