Upon arriving after requesting a ground floor room when making booking only to be told no ground floor romes only second floor ( a nice clean room) but not so conveninet. Two first class meals one OK but on Saturday evening very very slow service, meals not as ordered and wedges instead of chips with steak. Bedroom and bathroom spotless.... more
