Got a deal on lastminute.com for a one night spa break. For the amount we paid I feel we got a very good deal and was very happy with the break getting lunch, dinner, bed and breakfast and 2 spa treatments as well as use of facilities for £138 each. The hotel is very easy to find, only two minutes... more

The Ashford International is a very large hotel. It is pleasantly decorated throughout. I stayed there on the night of my wedding, supposedly in the bridal suite (although I actually think it was just an executive room). The room was large, clean and comfortable, but not quite what I expected of a bridal suite. Good thing I’d had a few... more

Stayed for a weekend. Visited local historical sites and the outlet centre. Very modern attractive interior with stunning reception and colourful bedrooms with everything you would want. On arrival we were asked what paper we would like and what time we would like to eat dinner. The food was outstanding. Next evening we turned up for dinner at 7.15 but... more

My husband and I and our daughter booked two rooms for one night in order to have an early start for the Channel Tunnel. Check-in was professional and friendly. Decor was modern and a bit 'corporate' but public spaces were reasonably comfortable. Rooms were large and comfortable. Tip - don't buy crisps in the bar - £1 for a small... more

I travelled with two friends for a one night spa break which was excellent value (dinner, lunch, breakfast and two treatments). Don't be put off by the Travelodge exterior as the inside gets much better (although a little bit too purple for my liking!). The rooms were lovely with big beds and very clean. Dinner was fine, nothing amazing but... more

We were greeted by an elderly robot capable of only saying "Check-in's at 2". I had telephoned Q-Hotels the night before to request an early check-in and had explained I had a meeting at half one and really needed to be in the room early to get changed. They had been helpful on the phone and I arrived early to... more

I was extremely disappointed with the poor service at this hotel. I received no welcome from Reception. I was checked in cursorily and when I deferred making a reservation for an evening meal I was summarily dismissed with a snap. Check out was no better. Perhaps it was the old faviourite - single female traveller gets substandard treatment. On a... more

We stayed here for 2 nights. One night on the way to Euro Disney and one night on the way back, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the train station. The room was lovely and big with 2 double beds and a really large bathroom. The only complaint I did have was the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but... more
