My wife and I stayed one night here in August. We liked that fact that it is better maintained and cleaner than, say, Morden. The staff at all the travelodges we have used have always been friendly and helpful. Around Ashford Travelodge there are several restaurants in walking distance to cover all tastes. Noise from the carpark early in the... More

Last minute trip to granny with adult daughter. Much improved on our last visit a few years ago. Very clean. The fire doors in the corridors are ridiculously heavy and disabled access is a buzzer asking staff to let you in - hardly inclusive in this day and age. However, the staff are lovely and it is very clean.

And that is what it is all about. Friendly people in reception, friendly people in housekeeping! We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Do not expect 5 star large room with a sparkling bathroom, but we thought it was good. We stayed with the four of us in a family room. The beds were really good and the towels were... More

We stayed here for two nights and had an enjoyable stay. Check in was relatively swift (we arrived just after 3pm). As with most of these types of hotels, family rooms seem to be a very long walk. There is a small lift and several doors but we negotiated it. We had a double bed and two single beds. Tea... More

Awful! Sleep in your car! Staff are very nice but that is it. No air con, rooms are like saunas. The extra beds are hard as a dining table, the carpet was softer. One male and one female toilet in reception/restaurant area with one old towel for everyone to use! Breakfast was all over the place, no cooked items ready... More

I have stayed at Travelodge many times but the quality of the food never varies at any of the hotels ,my recent venture was Steak and ale pie the crust was like concrete and I paid the price for trying to eat it, never again.

Ok hotel, convenient for work, great location, food o, rooms in need of updating and needs more attentive cleaning, bath too small. Staff very nice and accommodating, especially Justina who out performed her role, smiley and bright! As were the others. Would stay again for convenience.

At Travelodge you get what you pay for. Cheap means nasty in this regard. Room was clean, not enough towels left for the family room. Room temp was not adjustable and it was hot. Couldn't leave windows open due to boy racers screaming around car park and then bin lorry reversing and smashing hundreds of bottles on loading at 5.50am..... More

Stayed on stop over for the channel tunnel, chose over Premier Inn as they would take the dog as well. Room was clean and what you would expect of a budget brand, breakfast was OK and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great hotel, but was put in annexe on ground floor facing car park, woken up at 4.45am in the morning, by other guests upstairs really thumping about for 35 minutes, then at 6.10 am boy racer car which was parked in car park by entrance started car up and left it running for 15 minutes whilst shouting to his mates,...
