Stayed here after a late tunnel crossing - just 15 minutes from tunnel. Room was large and bed comfortable but room was tired, door didn't seem to lock properly so slept with chair behind door and bathroom was a bit grubby. However, it was very cheap (£28 booked well in advance), was pretty much as expected and did the job.

Not a great place to stay. Rooms are grubby, towels were stained. The toilet in the public area looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, a dirty mop and bucket were left just outside the loo, do it yourself cleaning??? Breakfast was not worth the money, overcooked, rubbery and on the whole totally unappealling. Pay a... More

A welcome break in the journey at the end of our holiday 8th Aug. We had just travelled from Cornwall to Margate to drop off my son at his mums, then continue our journey to Leicester. We had been delayed all day by early effects of the hurricane battering the south of England, and we rang ahead to say we... More

A busy well located hotel for overnight when travelling to the ferry or Eurostar. When we arrived we had been allocated a double room rather than a twin as booked but this was quickly sorted. The reception area and corridor looked as if they had the builders in but our room was clean and had the usual provisions. Beds were... More

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to do some shopping around Ashford and found the hotel to be clean and suited to our needs. The rooms are basic but clean and the reception staff are first class. There are plenty of restaurants and a cinema in close proximity which cater for all tastes in food. We have... More

Great location and cheap, stayed in the family room after a 200 mile drive from the northwest. It was ideal for one night as we where heading for the Chunnel the next day. Amenities near by like frankies and bennys, nandos, etc.

Although I was not happy with my stay in January of this year I was pleasantly surprised at the higher standard of room we were allocated on this stay, after a very long drive down from Scotland through some horrendous weather (tail end of hurricane Bertha) it was a pleasure to arrive to a fresh and clean room with an...
