We had a comfortable stay here and it is good value for money. The bar restaurant seemed pleasant although there are other options for food and drink nearby. This hotel is very well located for travel to France by tunnel or ferry and althought near the motorway, which provides easy access, the room was quiet and peaceful.

My wife and I stayed, dined both for dinner and breakfast and the food and service was excellent. The staff member, Justina, looked after us for both meals and made the occasions more pleasurable due to her friendliness and professionalism, making us feel appreciated and valued as customers. In fact all the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and were,... More

Great location near euro tunnel. Lots of restaurants on same complex. Very clean and nice and quiet for a travelodge. We stayed in a family room which was fine for 1 night for 3 adults and a child. We have stayed here before and we will definitely stay again.

Not the first time I have stayed at this Travelodge before going on to Dover the next day. It is easy to find just off the M20 at junction 9. You can eat in at the Travelodge or choose from a number of eating places nearby off site( all walking distance). There is also a multi screen cinema nearby. Apart... More

We stayed here overnight before catching the ferry from Dover the following morning, this was our second stay at Travelodge Ashford, in my first review I said the bed was very uncomfortable. I phoned the hotel before I booked and the lady on reception told me that the beds had been replaced with new ones so I booked on this... More

I don't normally stay with travel lodge preferring their pricier competition but on this occasion they were much cheaper for my late booking. I arrived there after a 350 mile journey and was quite tired, unfortunately for me I broke their rule by arriving 15 minutes before my allotted time, silly me I hadn't read the small print I admit... Convenient for our trip and the evening meal was nice with lovely staff, the bed was the worst I have ever slept on and the hard pillows matched the mattress! Breakfast was a complete waste of money, the choice was awful and the empty heated trays meant we left, on our long journey, still rather hungry

We are sorry to learn of your disappointment PՅ B. Our mattresses are expected to be checked on a regular basis by our housekeeping team so it is regrettable to learn you found your bed was uncomfortable. Our Bar Café staff are also fully trained on preparing our food to great standards and ensuring all items are regularly replenished. We... More
