This is lovely hotel but I feel it is more for special occasions than a business trip.
The staff are wonderful but a bit too "uptight" and formal when you are looking for a "home from home" on a business trip

I read various reviews and booked a table for dinner for four of us and wasn't disappointed. The hotel staff were very friendly and the food was good. Would recommend it for food but unable to comment on the rooms.

We stayed for Valentines Day at the Whately Hall. The service from start to finish was amazing. Reception did a great job catering to our room requirements.
