A really good experience.Reception staff friendly and very helpfull.The room was very clean,bed very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and functional.The breakfast was an added bonus.with plenty of choice and being constantly replenished.The car park was also very secure.

Modern Excpress with ample free parking. Staff welcoming and room was quiet and well equipped for this standard of hotel. No traffic noise noticeable yet very close to main routes. Good breakfast with plentiful seating. Would certainly stay again. We ate at the nearby Toby Carvery--food was OK, nothing special but perfectly adequate.

As ever this was its old self, reliable and clean. The staff were helpful, and called taxis, etc. without any problem. The hotel accommodatews dogs and is always very attentive toi their needs. The hotel is one of the best I experienced from the all Holiday Inn Express hotels I stayed at. It is clean, spacious and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Even the breakfast was better than in other hotels from this chain. I will use only this hotel for my future business trips to Banbury.
